Omobolade,
ReplyDeleteThis poem definitely highlights all the achievements W.E.B Du Bois has accomplished. You did a really good job at capturing the significance of an ode. Just two lines of your poem portrayed all that Du Bois has done, which is pretty cool. You wrote,"An author, A poet, A teacher!/A leader, A hero, An innovator!" I also noticed your use of exclamation points, which justified his impact.I'm just curious, what did you specifically when you wrote, "The beginning to the rest of our lives."? Overall, I really grasped how important Du Bois was.
